Authors Bio
Professor Robert Merkin QC is Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Exeter and is also a special counsel at Duncan Cotterill, New Zealand. He is the author of a number of texts on insurance, reinsurance and arbitration law, including Lloyd's Law Reports and Arbitration Law Monthly, and his works have been cited in several High Court decisions in England together with a number of other jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia and the US Supreme Court.
